Nigel Marshall’s journey started with basketball at Coppin State, where he discovered the value of opportunities beyond sports. Teaching himself stock trading and diving into personal development, he found inspiration in Rich Dad Poor Dad, which fueled his passion for entrepreneurship. His dedication to mastering sales and leadership paved the way for his success. Nigel’s primary goal is to change his family tree by becoming the first millionaire. He’s motivated by the growth of his team and helping others develop. At VP Executives, he’s honed his communication and leadership skills, continuously striving to be the best version of himself.

Wilny was originally born in Haiti and moved here when she was 5 years old. It was a drastic change for her and had to adapt quickly. Volleyball was her favorite sport when first coming to this country. It taught her how to deal with challenges and adversity that were being thrown at her. Then she came across VP Executives Inc and it was like a fun competitive game of volleyball for her and she took the opportunity to strengthen her communication and her public speaking skills. Wilny is constantly developing to one day accomplish her goals and change her life around.

Jessica Bueno

Jessica Bueno, just a few months into highschool she knew entrepreneurship is what she wanted. It all started sophomore year of highschool, where she would consistently look for ways to make money. From selling “goodie bags” in class to starting up her own clothing and hair product line, to selling fresh lemonade during the summer. Jess was born and raised in Bronx NY, after finishing up school she came across an opportunity to really change her family tree and accomplish one of her biggest goals, which is owning her own business. Since Jess started at VP Executives Inc she has improved many of her skill sets such as communication and team building and is actively looking for ways to get 1% better everyday to help her achieve her goal.

Yihua Cao is a leader and recruiter at VP Executives, known for his innovative approach to marketing strategies. He balances his full-time role with his college studies, driven by a desire for personal and professional growth. In just two weeks, Yihua earned a leadership position where he now leads campaigns that deliver measurable results. He is passionate about empowering his team and fostering strong, lasting customer relationships. Yihua has developed essential skills in communication, leadership, and team building while at VP. His approach centers on collaboration and ensuring that every campaign has a meaningful impact. He strives to create value for clients while continually improving his own abilities.

Jaylin Marshall began her career as a receptionist in New York, where her standout communication skills and sharp attention to detail quickly distinguished her from her peers. It was at VP Executives, in this fast-paced environment, that she found her passion for sales and marketing. Jaylin’s innovative mindset and readiness to take on new challenges soon propelled her into leadership roles, allowing her to excel. Her journey from receptionist to entrepreneur showcases her dedication, adaptability, and love for building connections. Jaylin is driven to inspire others, sharing her story to show that with persistence and a commitment to growth, anyone can turn their dreams into reality.

Account Manager

Coming from NYC with a passion for sports and fashion, Kyle joined as an entry-level associate and was promoted within just two weeks. Since then, he’s taken on leadership responsibilities, contributing to expansion efforts and in-house training. Now, as an Account Manager, he focuses on developing the team and supporting growth behind the scenes.

Kyle’s biggest motivation is to retire his father and aunt, pushing him to keep striving for excellence every day. He’s honed his skills in public speaking and leadership, and looks forward to new challenges as he continues building his career.
